The property has a beautiful view of the ocean with quick, easy access. Everything else regarding the property leaves a lot to be desired, from the upkeep and cleanliness to the staff not being helpful or caring whether or not they are very helpful.

There was no carpet and all the floors were hardwood which wasn’t great, the bed was stiff and unsleepable, house keeping service cost extra, the front desk never answered the phone when called from the hotel room phone, the front desk agent didn’t know much about the area, WiFi doesn’t work in the bedroom only in the living room area. The bedroom is facing the pool area but the chlorine smell can be overbearing if you open your room door. The pool was nice, it goes up to 5ft only though.

Our room was very nice but we wish we had a broome to help sweep up the sand from the beach. Overall it was clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed that was nicely removed from the boardwalk to allow for quieter evenings. Easy access to the beach and the pool wasnt too crowded. It can be a little bit of a maze to get in and out but overall we managed just fine. The parking garage elevator was slow but there are stairs that we opted to use more often. We would definitely stay again as the price was fair and had everything we could need. Our kids slept on the pull out couch and said it wasn’t very comfortable so we would consider bringing our air mattress in the future.

Liked the ease of having a room pool level could easily go from beach to pool. Parking was tight and difficult depending on time of day. Room was clean for the most part,as any hotel it was not perfect but accpetable. And staff was accommodating when we needed help or housekeeping.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty clean, maintained, and we enjoyed our stay. I think the hotel could benefit from a paint touch up or a few renoviations. Although it is in pretty good condition, it is would look even better with some overall renovations and more greenery/decor at the lobby fountain.
