The space:
- The main floor boasts a gorgeous open-floor plan living space with a vaulted ceiling and skylight, with ample seating and outdoor balcony access.
- The living space opens up to the newly updated kitchen, fully stocked with all your cooking necessities - pots, pans, some spices, and more!
- On the main level, there is one bedroom, a full bath and laundry unit.
- Upstairs you will find the second, very spacious bedroom, which has its own private full bathroom.

2nd bedroom: - 2 double beds
Living room: - sleeping sofa

We regularly update our furnishings and decor to keep things in prime condition for our guests. Please note that we are not able to rephotograph the home every time that we update. The home's decor and furnishings remain true to the coastal theme displayed in the listing.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the full condo, both floors.

Other things to note:
The building does not have an elevator. Please take this into consideration when booking. The unit is on the third floor.
All beds have pillows and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival.
