Cleanliness & new! Spent about 30 minutes in office because maybe our reservation got double booked. Young man at the desk really persevered and called for assistance and gave us a nicer room on 3rd floor of other building up three flights of outside stairs, which was OK, but we’re both 81 years old & did do it with luggage!

The photos listed online do not really show the room size. I checked in and got to the room and demanded a refund. It’s gross and unpleasant. I left the hotel and was only there for 5minutes. I’m still waiting on my refund.

Room was disgustingly dirty. I walked on the carpet once and my feet instantly became black. Wore shoes around the room from there on out. Shower felt dirty and you could tell it wasn’t cleaned fully from the previous guests. Staff was nice and very helpful and the location was great. Room was small for 2 people. Would not stay again.
