Sea Watch 1118 is a 2 bedroom plus den, two bathroom condo located on the 11th floor on the south side of the building. There is a new king bed in the primary bedroom, a full bed, with new mattress, and bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the den. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat-screen TV's, 1 DVD & Blu-ray player and free WiFi. Limit of 6 people. Parking for 1 car. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks Saturday to Saturday. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $75.00 (cash or card) per vehicle from May 1 through September 30.

Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been staying here for 3 years now and a rental unit that won't disappoint. Very clean, great location and right off the elevator. Had a great time. Hope to be there next year.

Had 4 adults 2 young children, large sofa couch and chairs , sitting at high counter seats was hard with kids, bunk bed room was great for the parents and kids , wish there were dark out curtains to block hall light and elevator sounds, convenient laundry outside unit with space for beach stuff. Be prepared to have enough toilet paper, paper towels dish soap and Tupperware . Great beach view and patio. Great pools and playground and easy walk to beach!

It was a wonderful experience! Was first confused about check in, the email when I booked said I would receive an email before my trip with details. I never did. Day of check in, I got a text a few hours before check in telling where to go and what to do. When I did arrive the ladies at Century 21 were fabulous and inviting! The room was clean, the view is always perfect at Sea Watch! Can’t wait till next vacation at Sea Watch!
