Sea Watch 1313 is a 2 bedroom plus enclosed den, two bathroom condo located on the 13th floor on the south side of the building. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, queen in the guest bedroom, 2 twin in the den, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat screen TV’s, 2 DVD players, and WiFi. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’.
