Bedroom Queen bed sleeps 2, Pull out couch queen sheets needed sleeps 2 more people & there is a fold up roll away bed that can sleep 1 person. I also have a blow up mattress. Balcony at the entrance & off the bedroom. Central Air conditioning, cable, WI-FI, TV with DVD player and ROKU. Microwave, dishes, plates, silverware, glassware, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, pots pans, pillows, top covers provided.
50 steps to the beach, ocean side, across the street from the Convention center. Located on 7 40th Steet. No pool. NO PETS, No Smoking in the unit. Can smoke on the balconies. Front and back balcony.
Parking space is right near the stairs for easy unpacking! Everything you need to make your vacation complete!

The stay was very nice and comfortable. It is definitely right on the beach, just as advertised. We had some trouble with the Wi-Fi, but the host was extremely responsive and even drove a few hours to come help us. They also compensated us for the inconvenience, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend staying here.

The place was the perfect size and had everything we needed for our getaway to the beach. The Kitchen had everything we need for cooking at “home”. The location was great with the kids. The whole stay was amazing. The owner was very responsive to questions which helped so much. My children didn’t want to leave!

Another little description as to which side of the street the unit is on would be more helpful. Beautiful setting, spotless setting, very comfortable bed, large shower! Outdoor sitting, both front and back!Very close to Community events. Beach area very close too. Boardwalk has to be driven to!!!!

This was our 2nd time staying here. Location is great! Jen was very helpful with assisting us to add another night to our stay. Only issue we had this time was the bedroom tv would not connect so we could not watch it. We weren’t there much due to my daughter’s competition so not a huge issue for us. Will definitely book here again!
