Great Location, but ….

The location was ideal for what we were doing in OC. The house needs a lot of maintenance, leak from sink or toilet in bathroom, better cleaning of the shower and overall the house. All three a/c units need to be replaced. The one in the master bedroom was loud but the one in the living room was even louder. The floor sloped, and musty smell when you open the font door will knock you back. Could not get the windows open to air it out.
