Great property. Clean rooms, comfortable, a lot of dining and shopping options as it's across the street from the Outlets. Pet friendly is also a plus. We would stay here again.

Stayed here for the Oceans Calling festival. Nice room and lobby. Pool looked great though we didn’t use it. Parking lot was full on our second night and I had no idea what to do or where to park (thankfully someone left after I drove around for 10 minutes). Housekeeping staff were lovely and thorough. When we checked in, the man at the desk was maybe the rudest hotel employee I’ve ever dealt with but my friend and I just had a laugh about it afterwords and didn’t let it bother us. This place is about an half mile from the park and ride where a bus will take you over the bridge to the beach. So also a good location. Overall it was a good stay and I’ll return.

First time stay. My son and I were in town for business. This provided everything we needed for a two night stay. The only concern I have was, I requested our room be cleaned and when we returned back to our room, the trash and towels were taken care of, but the bathroom and bedsheets were not cleaned. In future, please clean rooms as requested.

Last Summer Beach Getaway 2025

We had a great time for our stay and the value for what we paid matched accommodations. There were a few minor details that could be improved upon, and there was also a highlight of our stay. Regarding the areas of improvement - the age of a piece of the gym equipment, mainly the treadmill could use an upgrade. The door to our bathroom was challenging sliding door that wasn’t the best set up for privacy. Also, the nozzle on the sink was a little short, so water would get on the countertop if you didn’t turn it all the way up. The inconveniences were definitely minor and did not impact our staying at adversely overall. Breakfast in general was better than anticipated and led to the highlight of the trip. Miss Teresa, who assisted me this past Saturday morning was a blessing. I had overslept and made it down right as breakfast was ending, but she assisted me by allowing me to get breakfast and even to make waffles for my three children and I after already having shut down the machines. This was a courtesy I so appreciated because she turned it back on and let me get what I needed for breakfast saving us money and time not having to go out and buy breakfast. I sincerely appreciate her kindness.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel for an extended stay. However, if more than two people are staying in the room, you will need to contact the front desk for additional towels, silverware, plates, cups, etc. There was no bedding for our pull-out couch/bed, and again had to request it. The phone in our room would not connect to the front desk, so we had to walk down to the desk to request anything. The staff was not knowledgeable about Ocean City parking, which was disappointing. The pool was smaller than we thought but that's because the photo on the website is very deceiving but it wasn't a big deal...still a nice place to swim and relax. Plenty of tables and lounge chairs and furniture. Since it was raining most of the time, the location to the outlets and dining options was a plus! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, the TV offered Netflix but we were unable to connect to it and was told it was part of the update and our room had not been updated yet. Very disappointing since we spent alot of time in the room.

Shower pressure was very low. Luke warm shower water. If someone else is showering immediately after water is cold. Breakfast dont taste good. Eggs were mush and sausage patty was like rubber. And Its the exact same thing daily. The Woman bringing out the food, yells a lot, and outloud directed at those eating breakfast. Staff came only once to see if we wanted house keeping. People a few doors down were super loud and having a party.
