This stunning 1 bedroom 1 bathroom midtown condo has been recently renovated, has an oversize balcony overlooking the private community pool and has a great view. LOCATION IS KEY! Just 1 block to the Ocean, 1 block to the bay, walking distance to the OC Convention Center, Anthony's Subs, Ripieno's, Higgins Crab House, Barn 34 (great breakfasts), shopping, Jolly Roger's AND MORE!

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. The condo was just as pictured. It was clean, organized, and getting in was easy. The complex is quite, easy and ample parking. Kitchen well equipped if you are doing some cooking. Some toiletries provided for a day or two.Location was superb and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again with my family of three.

It was clean & had everything we needed. It's on the 3rd level and I did not realinze when I booked it that there was no elevator. The steps were a little much for my elderly father, which is my fault for not checking into that before booking.

Perfect location

Very clean and had all amenities needed. Perfect location, close to restaurants, a mini mart, 5 minute walk to the beach, a pool. Would definitely stay here again!
