Overall the property was excellent. The only thing I really missed was "No Continental Breakfast" and also not very many grocery stores around that allows us to obtain healthy foods.

Awful place to stay

The first I notice when exiting the elevator there was a mess in the hall way. Once in our room the rug was soaked not wet. Apparently the air condition was leaking. I did not complain immediately because we were there for an event and had to get change and leave. I did not want to return. Once in the bathroom the towels were not completely dry. Why was it okay to leave the towels? Anyone holding them could feel they were not dried. The bath tub and sink were clean. However the toilet was nasty. The mattress was awful when you sat on it squeaked and pillows were horrible. When we returned I made the front desk aware. The hotel gets away with charging the high amount because of the convenience of the location. I do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. The worst part was when I went to complain about the rug and towels there was customer service from front desk. Meaning for example sorry about that let me send someone to your room or let me change your room etc. There was a lady behind me when I explained the towel situation the lady says reason why she was there as well. Clearly dryer wasn’t working g appropriately. How the pictures display the hotel is false. Not clean needs a redo.

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Honestly, only nice thing I have to say about this place is that it was a nice location & we had a nice view from our room. The rooms were dirty, upon arrival there was sand all over the floors, outlets didn’t have covers on them(traveling with a 2 year old, that was frightening), gapping hole around where their sprinkler for a fire, towel rack holder fell off the wall, absolutely filthy hot tub. Went to the front desk to talk to them about covers for the outlets and the concerns about the hot tub, to be greeted with “wow you are just looking for everything, aren’t you?” What friendly front desk staff this place has!! Then, I said I would like a refund because I felt insulted. They would only refund one night for our three night stay.. & we were asked to leave the premises to receive the one night refund only staying there for one night. Absolutely was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! Unless you feel like being treated like a pile of crap from their front desk employee & relaxing in a brown bubble hot tub- I would recommend going somewhere else!!!!!!! Added photos of outlet & fire sprinkler, did not have my phone on me to take a picture of the hot tub.
This is such a safe hotel for a child isn’t it!
Oh, that looks great doesn’t it! Pictures on their site do not look anything like their filthy, outdated & unsafe rooms!

We left a day early… room service was inconsistent.. humid smelling… broken no lock balcony door… broken slider door… pool not filtering… bar was closed 2 days… water pressure in the shower was horrible… waited long for elevator due to only one elevator for the whole building…. Had to walk down the block for parking. horrible go find another place.

Terrible experience. Place wasn’t clean. They ran out of towels and it took a day to get any. Service was extremely slow. Beds were very uncomfortable. Blankets felt like sand paper. They didn’t have comforters. Staff consistently lied about why they didn’t have any towels and how long it would take to get some. Would not recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay. Front desk clerk, George was top notch and so kind. We looked forward to seeing him each day. Pool could have been clearer. Also pool bar isn’t much. Canned beer, chips, and pretzels. No food and nothing fancy.

My room had dirty sheets and blankets no tissue in the bathroom and the entire room had to be cleaned wall switch was dirty and lamps and fixtures was rusted.. was unable to use the jacuzzi because i was unsure about it being cleaned and sanitary

For starters there was a hurricane on the day of our reservation and I tried calling multiple times the day prior and they kept saying a manager will call me back but that never happened. I was basically forced to drive through a hurricane or lose my money. The fact that the manager never called back not even an apology was very unethical. Then once we were there room was extremely small and the smell of cigarettes in the hallways was disgusting. The towels were ripped. The indoor pool looks like a hot tub and the pool was a kiddie pool 3 ft deep only. Definitely false advertising and paid way too much for what we got. Will not be back to this place.
