My husband and I spent 3 days, 2 nights in this hotel. After we checked in we noticed the really foul odor in our room. We called and asked to change rooms but was told that they were fully booked. They were unwilling to change our room and they could’ve because we noticed that other guests arrived after we checked in. The front desk sent a staff member to spray something that made me and my husband sick. We had to leave the room. Upon returning the same foul odor was still very much present in the room. It was overwhelming and a turn off. Despite that we still tried to make it work since we’ve been planning this trip for a long time and did not want the inconvenience of trying to find somewhere else to stay. The next day we had to pop the room door open because of the foul odor in the room. By this time I was getting sick but didn’t realize it fully until we checked out the next day. I realize that the room wasn’t clean, the filter in the ac was very dirty, and due to the uncleanliness and foul odor we both got sick. My husband had a very bad stomach bug and I developed a viral infection. Our experience at this hotel was terrible.

Front desk Shelly is amazing and efficient she was able to get my reservation for two checked in early! Facilities were also very clean hotel,the smell was delightful, bed comfy ,1 mile from OCMD boardwalk. There is also a bar in walking distance called Shaka bar it was so good! Overall 10/10 great stay

I made an excellent choice in selection for stay. Price was good, accomodations as well. Very convenient to beach, shopping, everything! Only thing i might say is that there were a lot of children during my stay so @ breakfast time with a buffet it was a little hectic

We booked this hotel because it advertised rollaway beds and I even confirmed with the front desk prior to arrival that one was noted on our reservation. When we checked in, I was told the hotel doesn’t have rollaways at all and was advised to “make a bed on the floor.” With four kids, this was impossible and unacceptable. We had to waste our first evening (and extra money) buying an air mattress from Walmart just to have enough sleeping space. The sofa pullout mattress was also in terrible condition—springs with no padding—and no bedding was provided until we requested it. The issues didn’t stop there. The indoor pool water was so cloudy and against my better judgement I let the kids give it a try - one got a rash from our first few minute dip and we never returned. The wall mounted toiletries in our room were empty, and only four towels were provided for a six-person booking. At breakfast, when I asked about ingredients due to my child’s food allergies, staff dismissively said they didn’t know and couldn’t provide any information. On top of that, multiple nights we found the side door propped open, which felt unsafe. This was one of the most stressful and disappointing hotel stays we’ve ever had. Between misinformation and poor amenities/information shared, I cannot recommend this property and will not return.

Well, Ocean City was an experience for this girl from the west coast where it is not quite such a gym, laundry, and tanning sort of vibe. The hotel itself was just fine, but if you aren't looking for the boardwalk/shore experience, keep going south until you hit a smaller town.
