I rented a Ocean City condo via RedAwning, which I believe is under Holiday Real Estate for the Oceans Calling festival - worst experience. Please do not rent this condo. First, condo did not feel clean, and the master bedroom and downstairs bathroom smelled strongly of cat urine. There was even a box of kitty litter in the closet. The place was very run down and did not look like the photos. It had old shaggy carpet which I don't think was cleaned (bc they had a sign on the door requiring guests vacuum before they leave...) And I'm pretty sure I got flea bites on my foot there. I emailed the condo to let them know of the poor quality--wished I had just booked a hotel but being next to the water looked pretty. Not worth it.
