Welcome to The Golden Goose! Our coastal one bedroom condo was recently renovated and is conveniently located Oceanside between Seacret’s and Macky’s on 51st street. Midtown is the perfect spot for some of OC’s best restaurants, nightlife, and ample beaches.
• PROVIDED ITEMS: Bed, bath and beach linens, shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soaps in each bathroom), starter paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), starter laundry detergent, starter dish liquid/tablets, WIFI, starter K-Cups, starter garbage bags.
• Please make sure to read the House Rules & cancellation policy thoroughly.
• If there are concerns with the cleanliness of the condo, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will get you in touch with our cleaning team to rectify any issues.
***NEW: We are in the process of changing our rugs from jute rugs (as seen in the listing photos) to low pile rugs to better assist with removing debris on the floors.
• As noted in the listing, there is the potential for traffic noise from coastal highway.
***NEW: There is a sound machine in the bedroom for your convenience.
• There is no elevator to the unit and will require occupants to use one of two stair sets on either the side of the building.
• There’s an outdoor shower located in our building on the parking level to rinse off any sand after your beach day!
• As a young family with kids ourselves, we want families to be able to enjoy our condo as much as we do.
