The hotel was a little out dated. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Balcony was beautiful and the view. Staff was great. Pool was very nice as well as the location. We had a wonderful time overall.

The location was excellent, and the oceanfront view was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay. The only drawback was that I was unable to check out before 8:00 a.m.

the main building where the check in office is seems to be the only part of the property that is well maintained; inside of the rooms super clean and updated. Walls were thin and the other 2 buildings looked like they're falling apart. If you book, make sure it's in the main building! Pool was convenient with a rinse of area and umbrellas. We stayed with friends and family. It's about a 15 min walk to the edge of the boardwalk. The lively part of the boardwalk is further. However, super easy to access the beach from the motel.

Lovely beach view, appeared to be renovating rooms. Had one room’s door open for over 12 hours and we saw multiple cockroaches outside. A bold move. Our room was not updated, but for the cheap price, we got what we paid for. It served its purpose but I was nervous to find roaches in our room. I’d stay here again, hopefully it’ll be updated by then. The staff was great. Helpful and kind. Easy check in/check out.

I was woken up by a guest that had been drinking and screaming in the lobby. She was also throwing things against the wall and hitting it until a police came and arrested her. When I mentioned it at check out they told me these things happen and were not willing to accommodate me. Not even with a apologize.

Only thing clean were the bed sheets. Shower was dirty. Hair everywhere in the bathroom. The shower floor was half black from all the dirt. Had to wear my flip flops. Toilet had stuff on it. Eeyyuuucckk. Balcony seats were sticky and dirty. If you just want a bed to sleep on. This is the right place. Other than that. No.

Room was clean. Property was not well maintained light out in common area. Charged my card $70 and I used nothing. Tried to check in an hour early. They told me my room was not ready. But if I gave them $14 I would have a room ready. Came back at check-in time and there was 10 people in the lobby. You would assume that they would like to Get people checked in and out-of-the-way.
