DOWNTOWN UPDATED 3 bedroom condo with outdoor pool - great location on 5th St. and a rare find! You'll be just 2 blocks to the heart of the famous boardwalk, beach and Atlantic ocean. This ground level condo has many new upgrades including quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Appliances include a toaster oven, crock pot, rice cooker and blender. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and a bunkbed with twin beds and third bedroom had a bunkbed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. You'll have plenty of room here and can sleep 9 people comfortably. You'll enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, high-speed internet, and cable (provided by the association) to stay connected during your stay. You can also stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials) from the Smart TVs. When you need a break from the beach, you can take a dip in the outdoor pool. One of the best features of this condo is it's HUGE front porch with a picnic table. Relax on the porch and enjoy the sights and sounds of downtown Ocean City. The property comes with one free unassigned parking spot and there is typically plenty of additional free street parking within a block or two, so extra parking is normally available.

*Condo comes with blankets/comforters and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $149.99. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
