Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Could use a few upgrades, but with the cleanliness, it was not a problem. Very close to the quiet beach with a lifeguard, beautiful view. Room was spacious, and the kitchenette was a real, plus the little Starbucks in the hotel was a convenience. All the pools were nice. Close to everything in town not even far from Boardwalk the warm cookies delighted our entire bunch. Would definitely stay there again!

I just wasn’t that impressed. The outdoor pool had no view of the ocean. The outdoor bar was a tiny little shack and the one time I spoke with one of the bartenders, he acted bored. We arrived on Friday and left on Monday. At no time during our stay was the room cleaned. We had trash cans (2) that were overflowing, no fresh towels…. I was very disappointed. On our floor, there were always at least one or two cleaning bins or cleaning personnel, but our room was never touched. The AC was on and off making a buzzing sound. The one thing that I liked was the huge shower with great water pressure. I felt that entering the room was dark and narrow. It took me at least 10 minutes to find the hair dryer because it was under a bunch of towels in the bathroom. I have no plans to return. Very disappointing for a Hilton.

The staff was polite, but they didn’t have any of the free chocolate cookies advertised at their front desk for the entirety of our stay. Staff didn’t explain much on check in, didn’t mention any of the amenities even though it wasn’t busy at all when we checked in. The room was clean, however lacked light, and felt a little dated and damp. Noticed some mold on the balcony. My husband was sneezing/had allergies when sleeping in the bed every night of our stay, when out and about was totally fine. Parking was convenient. Overall probably won’t stay here again as it was still 6 blocks from the end of the boardwalk.

A great hotel just MINUTES from all the action!

A fantastic stay at Doubletree! It's close enough to all the fun and games of the boardwalk without being noisy. We slept peacefully in our room every night and enjoyed the fantastic, direct beachfront view from our balcony. Parking is plentiful - a fantastic beach entrance is just ourtside the door, and if you get breakfast included, its a'la carte and its pretty great! I recommend this hotel to famileis of four. Get the 2 queen bed oceanfront room - its HUGE with plnety of space fo everyone!
