I had paid for an oceanfront room but the room they gave me did not have a lock in the balcony door , so I was given a room with a lock, but it was a partial ocean view. I was not satisfied with that.

It was wonderful as always, Patrick at the front desk is awesome and the other people. The restaurant also has some very nice people, Melanie, Amy, Lady, very nice. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. Just wasn’t happy about paying for parking. Room was very spacious with 2 bathrooms and oceanfront. Excellent stay.

My wife and I had an overall good experience, from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, the hotel is in good shape. Breakfast could be a bit better, the coffee was watery and they didn't offer options such as latte or cappuccino. But that was not an issue, just the reason why we won't give it 5 stars.
