This 3 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 10, and is in midtown Ocean City, within walking distance to many popular restaurants, such a s Seacrets, Fager's Island, and Macky's, and the Convention Center. There is convenient and safe access to the beach with both a traffic light and crosswalk within the block. This unit comes with a well equipped kitchen including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, slow cooker, many useful cooking utensils, and a new washer/dryer and dishwasher. The Sunset Bay complex offers an outdoor pool with a hot tub, exercise room, and a pier to fish or crab from. This is a smoke - free property and pets are not allowed.
