This three bedroom, two bath direct oceanfront condo is located on the 6th floor of the north tower. There is a king bed in the main bedroom, 1 queen in the second bedroom , a 1 full bed in the third bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy beautiful ocean and beach views from the oceanfront balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 3 Smart TV’s, and free fast WiFi. Includes a storage locker downstairs to store your beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. Limit of eight people. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Deeded under building 1 private parking space. The owner pays for your full linen package for your stay for full weeks only. There is a $75 Common Area Usage Fee (Credit Cards Accepted, NO CASH!) for reservations up to a week.
