We’ve been vacationing in the OC area for well over 15 years, 2nd year at Marigot Beach. This would have to be our top choice. Check in was easy, the RE agent was very responsive and helpful. You can’t beat the location, the corner unit/double balcony did take away some living space but provided more privacy with 2 locked doors into the unit, plus you can leave your sandy chairs and shoes on the entrance balcony (locked door), sparing the inside mess! On site pool area with bathrooms, hot tub, seating- was perfect, there are also bathrooms on the bottom floor just outside the pool for tenant use. Marigot beach is within walking distance to all necessities, the smaller building size (12 floors) allows fewer people on the beach in front of the building, giving you a little more sand to cover on your own! Elevators worked fine and the onsite parking is very convenient… the unit itself had a fully stocked kitchen, some cleaning supplies, vacuum/broom, games, puzzles, plenty of seating and lighting, and beds were pretty comfy! You do need to bring your own sheets, towels, bath mats, paper products, soaps, tissues, to, etc. we always check in before getting groceries- renters from previous weeks will sometimes leave these items behind, enough to get you through a few days sometimes. we usually return the favor! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Great unit at the Marigot

Very pleased with this unit at the Marigot. Clean and modern, great undercover parking spot. Service from the property manager was personalized and excellent. Will definitely rent again.

Very disappointed with the lack of cleaning. Cabinets were splattered with food, counters were dirty and sticky. Floors and rug were not swept. We found dirty laundry under the bed and around the washer and dryer. Garbage disposal broke twice. Location and building are ok, but with the amount of money we spent, the place should have been cleaned much better than it was.
