Me and my husband are not expecting they give us the big room which we always reserved. The bathroom is bigger than before. The only things is the pilow smell .

There was a fire alarm pulled, not their fault, they did fine in the moment. Problem is that no one followed through to reset the alarm, leaving the property unprotected had there been a real emergency. Worse yet, nothing was communicated to the morning manager. When I reported the disabled alarm, they had no idea there was an incident the night before that involved police and fire. They must do better.

The entire staff was super helpful & courtesy the entire stay. The room was very clean & everything was easy to navigate. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting Ocean City MD

Upon our arrival, we were asked to wait for room to be cleaned. During our stay, there were workers renovating the room adjacent to ours. I understand the need to work but not at late hours. I complained to front desk and spoke to manager. I was advised that work would be completed shortly. The drilling and hammering continued until near 8:30pm. I asked how I would be compensated for this disruption and was told that there was nothing to be compensated for. I left upset with the comments being passed by a woman manager that she was sorry I felt that way. If I were you, definitely do NOT stay at this establishment as they only want your money and don’t care how you feel when you get there.

Liked oceanfront view and boardwalk accessibility for reasonable price. Front desk staff very helpful. Room was a little small--would have liked more sitting space but bathroom space good. Bad accomodation.

We where here August we had a good experience except for noisy AC. This trip we stayed 2 days we had a moldy room no one came to fix . No new towels, no coffee, no one came to fix room. When we called the last day to ask for a half hour extension. Jeff at the desk so rude. And didn’t grant it after explaining everything .

Loved the location. There were a lot of young guests that were drinking and smoking on balconies. Did not like that there were no partitions on the balconies and we were able to see the people right next door. The bar staff were very friendly and Jeff at the front desk was also Awesome.

Dirty and broken down - I deserve a REFUND!!

Your place is a DUMP!!! Zero maintenance done! Patio door latch broke so the room is unlocked. Toilet constantly runs. Toilet seat is broken and looks so worn it's NEVER been replaced ever! Chairs are badly beaten up. HUGE cigarette burn on sofa arm. AC cover broken. Floor tiles cracked. AND WORST OF ALL ... THE SHOWER CONTROL KNOB HAS A HUGE BUILDUP OF TOXIC MOLD INSIDE ITSELF!!! I have pics of everything! I deserve a FULL REFUND!!! Staff does not care!!!
