Nice place and excellent location. Unfortunately upon arrival the sliding door was left wide open. I am not sure for how long because the rental was full of mosquitos, moths and some black bugs that took us two days to get rid of. The tub was full of brown water, sand on the sheets and the counter tops were not wiped down. Shoreline property sent someone quickly to handle the tub. Our keypad also was not working to get into the re rental. The first person we talked to was pretty rude and argued with me that I was putting the code in wrong even though we followed the code. Her solution was to try it again and call back if it didn’t work. We called back because it didn’t work. Patty answered the call the third time and was very helpful kind and reset the code for us. After the first two days, our trip was lovely but disappointed in the cleaning company and the person answering the call line before Patty.
