Welcome to Bayside Retreat at Makai, your perfect bayfront escape in Ocean City, MD! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers stunning sunset views over the bay, a serene setting just steps from the beach, and vibrant nightlife. Enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants and entertainment, all within walking distance. Relax in the year round on-site indoor pool that can convert into a covered outdoor pool. POOL ACCESS:

The indoor converts to a covered outdoor pool and is managed by the building and not the host. Pool availability may be seasonal and is not guaranteed to be open during your stay, as closure can occur for maintenance, repairs, or at the end of season.



LINENS & TOWELS PROVIDED!



STARTER KIT:

We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay.



Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels.



Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap.



Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay.

As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a spacious kitchen featuring modern appliances and ample counter space. It’s perfect for cooking meals or entertaining guests.



To the right of the kitchen, you’ll find a full bath, providing easy access for guests.



BEDROOM #1:

This bedroom is cozy and thoughtfully furnished with a queen size bed, a smart TV, and a closet. It offers a peaceful retreat with everything you need to unwind.



LIVING ROOM & BALCONY:

The living room is bright and airy, furnished with comfortable seating and a TV for entertainment. Just off the living room, step out onto your private balcony where you can enjoy a relaxing view of the sparkling pool and serene bay. It`s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.



OWNER`S SUITE:

The spacious owner suite features its own attached balcony, offering a private escape with beautiful views. Furnished with a king bed, a closet for storage, and an en suite bathroom for added convenience, this suite provides both luxury and comfort.

This unit is located on the second floor. On the day of check-in you will be provided with a code to access the lobby which then leads you to the elevator. You`ll take the elevator to the second floor to access the unit. You will one provided with 2 parking passes from Oceans Edge Vacations that will be in the unit upon arrival.



Makai Condos` location is a treasure trove of conveniences and attractions. Situated next to the convention center, it places you at the heart of the action, while still offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. A leisurely stroll will take you to renowned dining establishments such as Shotti`s, Coconuts, and Barn 34, each offering unique culinary delights that promise to tantalize your taste buds.



If you need to have a package delivered during your stay please note that our delivery pick up window is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at our main office. Please reach out to obtain the address that the package would be delivered to. Please note Oceans Edge Vacations is not responsible for packages that are not shipped directly to our office.



If you would like to inquire about requesting an early check-in, please note that all early check-in requests are based upon availability. Request are only reviewed 24 hours prior to your check-in date. There is an additional fee of $75 if we can accommodate this request for you.



This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacation Rentals charges a $1,000 fine for smoking in the unit.



Due to the high volume of turnovers and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.



Trust & Safety: By booking a stay with us you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. However, we appreciate your understanding that such natural occurrences do not warrant discounts on your stay.
