Guest acknowledges and understands that each and every guest or
guardian is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury or loss
sustained to any person while in residence and neither the Agent nor the owner
accepts legal or financial responsibility. Guests and guardians assume all risk of
injury or other loss resulting from a recreational activity and will hold the Agent
and Owner harmless with respect hereto. Guests hereby agrees to indemnify
and hold Kotwica Property Management, employees, officers and/or the property owner
harmless from any claim, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way a
result of the guests use of the premises or items therein.
Agent cannot be held responsible for: The failing of any other company due to
said company’s error or service interruption (i.e. electricity, water, gas, satellite,
cable etc). Acts of neighbors such as: Construction, road repair, and
maintenance or act of god (weather). However, Agents agree to do all that is
humanly possible to remedy any issue as quickly as possible. Agents reserve
the right to enter property at any time to investigate disturbances, check
occupancy(if there is any indication that more people staying at the property than stated
on the reservation), check damages, make repairs, alterations and improvements.
Adequate notice will be given to the guest in such instances, unless emergency
situation arises.
Every guest under the age of 21 in addition to completing and signing this form
with Photo ID attached must have their parent/legal guardian do the same if they are not present during the stay.
Absolutely no parties/group gatherings are allowed on the property.
• Towels are for in house use only, and are not permitted for beach use.
• Any and all missing or damaged towels/linens will have a charge of $35 each.
• NO UNSUPERVISED children under 12 are permitted in the front deck area
• NO UNDERAGE DRINKING IS PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY AND IS
GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION.
• Emergency Service calls or disturbance calls to the property involving police
and/or fire department that result in fines, arrest, or citations will be handled at
the discretion if the property manager, and can include but not limited to
immediate eviction
