It was okay, room was dirty nothing was wiped down. Spent the first 20 minutes wiping the table, sink ect. Sheets were diety, looks as though they werent even changed. Had a hard time getting new sheets and more wash clothes since they were used to wipe things down.

Hotel substantially upgraded from the Clarion days, but, fell short with small items like being able to provide foam pillows for our room. Told that they had no additional pillows anywhere in the hotel. For paying a rate of over $300 I found this to be unacceptable. Great dining experience at the Tides
