Your family of 4 will enjoy this professionally reimagined Beachmark condo styled with a vintage vibe along with same level pool access and just steps to the beach! Condo provides beach equipment for guests including beach chairs, boogie boards, buckets, toys and more.
New for 2024: Fresh paint, wallcoverings, lots of new furniture, rugs, artwork, kitchen accessories, lighting, and small appliances.
This 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The living room features a built-in teak retractable room divider to pull out for privacy when you sleep, a new 65-inch LG high def tv with cable & streaming, a Queen Sleep Sofa with new mattress and sliders to a private balcony with tiled floor, overlooking the dunes with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom features a king bed with a new BeautyRest Hybrid king mattress and a new 55-inch LG high def tv with streaming capabilities. Wifi & internet included. The hall bath features a tub/shower combo. This property rents Saturday-Sturday.
Guest have use of the storage locker with some beach equipment. Secured building with 1 assigned parking space, and a coin operated laundry facility.
Guests supply sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package includes a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Location was nice, the decor of the place was nice, the issue was it was very smelly, smelled old and like mildew especially when first walking ini .also at night the room was so damp everything felt wet in the bedroom we wound up leaving a day early because the dampness was to much for us

The power blinds didn't work to block out light in the living room and gave no privacy. Had to shut hurricane shutters at night. Garbage disposal didn't work and no one came to fix all week after calling on day 1. Linen service first delivered wrong size then at check out, pounded on the door at 9:30 for pick up.
