Great place to stay in OC. It’s an older inn but it’s well maintained and close to a lot of restaurants. Right off the boardwalk. Accommodated us for early check in. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the hotel was within walking distance of the beach, which made everything very convenient. The kitchen was a nice bonus and had everything we needed. Parking was close and easy to access, and we didn’t have any problems during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean rooms, kitchenette and outside pool. We liked having a big refrigerator and freezer for ice packs. Recommend a keurig coffee machine and parking is across the street, but it's free. Staff members were nice.

The room was clean, and the hotel was quiet. The mini kitchen made it easy to prepare meals with two young children, and it was well stocked with the utensils we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kids loved the pool—it was clean and a great size. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. It’s refreshing to stay somewhere that isn’t a chain hotel, as it gives the property a more personal and welcoming feel. Whoever the owner is, keep up the great work!

This hotel was just wonderful. It was everything I was hoping it would be. The staff are so nice and the rooms are so clean. Housekeepers were very attentive. The room looked exactly like the pictures. Now this isn't a Hilton but it's not a motel. Very happy medium that fit my budget. I extended our stay so we were there a total of 6 days! Will be staying here each summer moving forward. The beach is a like a 5 min walk and the parking is free. Thank you!
