Welcome to your perfect Ocean City escape! This sunny studio in the Three Cheers building puts you right in the heart of the action—across from Jolly Roger Amusement Park, next to Higgins Crab House, and just steps from the beach and boardwalk. With a community pool and a dedicated parking spot, it’s easy to settle in and start enjoying your vacation from the moment you arrive.

This third-floor walk-up has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There’s a queen Murphy bed and a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep four, plus a full kitchen that’s stocked and ready for easy meals or quick breaks between beach runs. Kick off your mornings with coffee from the Keurig and enjoy ocean peek views from your private front balcony with sunny southern exposure.

We’ve added a few extras to help you enjoy your beach days, like two beach chairs and a boogie board—just grab and go! And with free Wi-Fi, even the teens can stay connected (and happy). Whether you're soaking up the sun or cooling off with a dip in the pool, this cozy spot makes it easy to do vacation your way.

We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! To make your stay as seamless as possible, we provide a linen drop-off service, so you won’t need to bring your own. Upon arrival, a freshly laundered linen package will be waiting at your door, including sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth set for each guest. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so be sure to bring your own.
At the end of your stay, we simply ask that all linens be placed back in the provided linen bags and left just inside the front door. This helps us ensure a smooth pickup process and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for all our guests.

Linens were wet and smelled like wet dog. Got in too late to do anything about them. Was expecting a studio type condo and this was more like a converted old hotel room.

This property was clean, cute, and in an excellent location just steps from the beach. Lots of great restaurants close by and just minutes from the boardwalk. The beds were comfy and the area was spacious enough for me to do yoga in the mornings. I would recommend this property!!

10/10 location!-walking distance to boardwalk & many restaurants. Clean, 3rd floor (no elevator) Designated parking spot, outside shower to rinse your sandy toes. Ocean view! 2 chairs outside on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the dolphins! Pool area was great and never busy. Loved the use of beach chairs & boogie boards. 2 tvs. Room divider so the space can be separated. Great host! Would recommend!

Just what you need for a short trip

This condo was adequate for a weekend trip to the beach. Location and access to the beach was outstanding. This is also in a vibrant and fun location to walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. I suggest adding a more comfortable mattress pad to the murphy bed. Note that there isn't an elevator, so occupants carry luggage and supplies up three flights of stairs, Other than that, nice place with adequate supplies.
