Welcome to Bayspot 201K, a waterfront 2-bedroom condo perfectly situated on 53rd Street in midtown Ocean City. Enjoy canal views from the private enclosed balcony and take advantage of the convenient location—within walking distance to popular restaurants and bars, and just a quick bus ride to the world-famous boardwalk. This well-equipped property includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, and three TVs with streaming capabilities. A boat slip is available (26 ft limit), though trailer parking is not permitted on site. Occupancy is limited to 6 guests. No smoking and no pets allowed.
