DIRECT BAYFRONT 3 Bedroom Condo with an outdoor pool in midtown Ocean City! Enjoy a spacious and inviting retreat at our bayfront condo, just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean! This bayfront condo offers stunning views and the comforts of home, all in one incredible location. Situated on the 2nd floor, this property features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 8 guests. Relax in the beautifully furnished living room with a queen sleep sofa or unwind in any of the well-appointed bedrooms: a King bed in Bedroom 1, a queen bed in Bedroom 2, and two twin beds in bedroom 3. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs for your entertainment. Stay cool with central AC, enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, and whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a coffee pot, blender and all the essentials. Step out onto the private balcony to take in breathtaking bayfront views or take a dip in the outdoor pool. With high-speed internet and elevator access, your stay will be as convenient as it is relaxing. The building has an elevator and there are two assigned parking spots, one covered and one uncovered. The covered spot has a clearance of 6'6". Condo is a short walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in town: Seacrets, Fagers Island, Mackys, Alley Oops, Tequila Frogs and 45th St. Taphouse to name a few.

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $137.75. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

The location and the condo were great. The listing mentions that you need to bring toilet paper and trasbags etc, but when we arrived they had at least a starter set which was nice. This was the first time I’ve rented a place without linens so I decided to use the linen service since I didn’t feel like making up a bunch of beds after driving several hours, to my dismay linen service means a big ole bag of linen, you get the joy of making up all the beds and opening multiple shrink wrap packs of linens and towels and they are due back and hour BEFORE checkout. Unless you are flying in, bring your own linens. We had a little trouble getting in, we got the code but they had a cipher lock and a rather discreet electronic lock. We kept trying the cipher lock until we realized the black square was in fact a screen with an electronic lock. The tv system did not have internet working so we couldn’t use things like Netflix or Hulu, that was a bit of a bummer but hopefully they will fix that for the next person. The place had everything you need for the kitchen and lovely bay views.
