When we went to the room I went straight to the bathroom, the floor was unswept. Figured maybe something got missed, no big deal. The beds were painful to sleep on. Then came the roach and food left in microwave from previous users. Since it was prepaid, and no refund allowed, we were stuck in that mess and I thank my stars I never have to go back there.

Everything was fine. For a total of less than $60, this was an excellent choice for the budget-mindful traveler. Being mobility impaired, it’s wonderful to find a place where we can park right outside the room door. Very close for those inevitable “I forgot that in the car” trips. Lots of food choices within an exit or two. Would stay here again.

We stayed up until the day before check out and housekeeping decided because my dog was in our car and supposedly being mistreated that we were asked to leave the property and not only that tbey called the local law enforcement and they proceeded to give us papers stating that we were being tresspassed and had 30 mins to leave the premises... the 2hole experience was terrible and domt ever wish to deal with this location in the near future.... they also told me that i would not be getting a refund for the last day we all ready paid for and didnt get to stay...

First room was pretty gross, dirty, hair in the shower room stunk. The morning we had to use the rest room and toilet was broken had to move to another room made us late to our event very disappointed. When we got to the other room the carpet was so dirty and stained looked like someone threw up years ago and never got cleaned proper the beds side skirts look like stains from body fluids very , very very disappointed and would like a refund or percentage back . And then they have the nerve to ask for 50 dollars disposite. My wife was attempting to sleep in the car . Never again!

The most concerning aspect about this location is the fact that housekeepers are permitted to access any information in their system, rooms, guests belongings, private info, etc, whenever they like. OFF the clock, without being asked to by their supervisors or anything, they are allowed access to your room whenever they want. They are permitted access to guests information, copies of your identification, etc, anytime. I find this extremely unsettling. To make matters worse, the housekeepers who are there during the day when they’re on the clock (and what should be the only time that they have access to the guests rooms/belongings), have openly stated specific housekeepers steal. The same ones who have access to everything whenever they so please. Think twice before voicing your concerns! If you ask if that sort of behavior is allowed, you will be hounded for information. While being interrogated and the fact that it happens at all is simultaneously disregarded and minimized as if it’s appropriate for housekeepers to have access to everything around the clock, on or off. The fact that it’s occurring overnight while management is away and you can’t directly speak to someone who can do anything about it without other staff actively trying to prevent it… this is why I’m typing this review. Hoping someone higher up reads this and takes it seriously.
