Almost all the linens and towels we stained or dirty, the bathtub floor was dirty and you could tell that the overall cleanliness was lacking, the door didn't seal properly and the cigar smoke from people outside went into the room everytime, at least the staff was friendly and professional.

The room was in excellent condition very clean looking like new, the staff very friendly except the lady in charge of the breakfast room she was very rude all the time counting the time left to close the service was very annoying every minute saying at 9:30 I going to remove everything.

We did not use the breakfast bar. Parking was Ok, we just couldn't park in front of our room. We had to walk to the backside of the hotel and there were no carts to transport our luggage. The shades on the windows do not keep the night light out of the room and it was hard to sleep because of to much light coming through from the walkway.
