The front desk person was very pleasant. We asked for late checkout and she was able to accommodate us with no problem. The lobby was welcoming and very clean. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. The bed was super comfortable. We were able to get some rest and relax.

Very disappointed at checkin. I made the reservation in advance, paid, and received notice of payment from Amex. When I arrived I was informed the payment was denied (??) and I had to pay again. I now feel I’ve paid twice and may need to chase this down with someone unnecessarily. Payment was made and confirmed, why did I pay again. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
