Optimale Ferienwohnung für eine Familie mit zwei Jugendlichen, da es zwei Bäder (eins mit Dusche; eins mit Badewanne) gab. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, mit wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Kirche und die umliegenden Berge von Tiefenbach. Küche und Bad sind neu gemacht und gut ausgestattet. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind in älterem Zustand, aber der Holzdecke schön urig und gemütlich. Die Sauberkeit ist soweit in Ordnung, einige der Spinnweben könnten aber noch entfernt werden. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für die Ferienwohnung.

Schöne Wohnung und Lage, leider mit massiven und teils lebensgefährlichen Mängeln

An sich gefiel uns (3 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) die Wohnung im Haus Bucheneck sehr gut. Groß, tolle Lage, mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet und ruhig, auch wenn die Dusche für Normalgroße Menschen abenteuerlich und für 191 cm Menschen fast unmöglich ist. Leider jedoch - und dies muss definitiv erwähnt werden - war der Unterverteilerkasten auf der Toilette sperrangelweit offen und es fehlten die Abdeckstreifen auf den alten und offenen Kupferschienen! Bei Berührung ist das so gut wie tödlich. Ich nehme an dies wird beseitigt werden, erwähnen muss ich es dennoch, vor allem weil Kinder mit dabei waren. Zusätzlich sind insgesamt zwei Betten zusammengebrochen, eines davon nach Aufforderung so schlecht repariert dass es umgehend wieder zusammengebrochen ist und ich die Nacht auf dem Boden verbringen musste. Vor dem Hintergrund dass um Punkt 21 Uhr die Heizung abgeschalten wird ist das im November nicht unbedingt schön. Die Kids hatten zum Glück warme Decken und wir haben die Heizung den Tag über voll laufen lassen um durchzuerwärmen. Auch nicht Sinn der Sache. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war jedoch einfach und sehr angenehm. Wenn diese Mängel beseitigt werden, empfehle ich die Wohnung definitiv weiter, aber von unserer Seite können wir hier leider nur zwei Sterne geben. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt hier genossen und eine recht angenehme Zeit verbracht.
