This stylish attic apartment for up to 5 people in Haus Falkenberg offers 54 m² of Alpine charm combined with modern comforts.

This area features a cozy sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm) for up to two people. The room also features an armchair with a footstool, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a radio. The dining area is perfect for shared meals and game nights. Numerous board games and ping-pong paddles are available in the game cabinet.

> Bedroom
This room offers the highest level of sleeping comfort with a large box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and an additional sofa bed (160 x 200 cm).
Bed linens are provided in full.

Modernly equipped and furnished with all essential appliances: refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, egg cooker, and a fully automatic coffee machine. Cooking utensils and dishes are also fully provided, so guests who prefer to cook for themselves are well-equipped.

Thanks to the skylights, the apartment offers a beautiful view of St. Barbara Church, the Rubihorn, and the Söllereck.

The building’s amenities include
> a spacious swimming pool, open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (closed from November 9 to December 4, 2026, for maintenance).
> a sauna area that can be used free of charge on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (coin-operated outside these hours).
> a fitness room, a table tennis room, and a common room with foosball and a TV.

The basement features coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as storage space for bicycles and winter sports equipment.

The apartment is located on the third floor and is easily accessible via the staircase or the elevator.

The apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood of Tiefenbach, about a seven-minute drive from Oberstdorf. A bus stop is a three-minute walk away and offers convenient connections to the surrounding ski areas as well as to the town center.

Free parking is available in front of the building, subject to availability.

Check-in is straightforward via a key safe, ensuring a relaxed start to your vacation.

Pets and smoking are not permitted in the vacation rental.

Through the Allgäu roll delivery service, you can order fresh rolls and everything you need for a proper breakfast online every day.
Orders must be placed by 5:00 p.m. the day before for delivery the following morning.

The visitor’s tax levied by Oberstdorf is not included in the booking price and must be paid before arrival. The current tourist tax is as follows:
-Children and teenagers ages 12 through 15: €2.80 per night.
- Adults 16 years of age and older: €3.25 per night

We, as your hosts, will handle the application for the tourist cards (Allgäuer Walser Pass).
