Excellent Boutique Hotel Stay Surrounded by Art

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Their were a variety of touches throughout the property and in the room that demonstrated how much thought the managemet put into your guest stay to make it as pleasant as possible. We even received special gifts upon check in and check out.

Our visit was amazing at NaNa Vida ! We had a delay due to missing airline transfer, but they worked with us, since my daughter arrived on original day. Breakfast was a treat each day. They assisted with getting taxis for us on many occasions. Also, helped us book excursions!

The staff was nice and were very accommodating. Everytime we stepped out to town they offer cold drinks and we got 4 free gifts for staying with them.walking distance to downtown and most of the popular attractions. Would definitely recommend.

The room itself is decent, nothing to complain about. Wonderful wonderful service. People here have the best service, they greet us warmly, and provide us a temporary room to stay and rest when we arrived too early (like 6am in the morning). They have huge mango and pomegrante trees in the backyard, so we did pick up quite a few fresh mangoes to eat:)

Wedding Lodgings

A hidden gem. From the moment of our late arrival, Christian checked us in, showed us to our requested ground floor room, explained the amenities and gave us our welcome gift - aromatic local soap in our choice of aromas. The continental breakfast of breads, fresh juice and fruit was delicious. Several days we opted for the upgraded. The courtyard was cool and inviting as was the open air lobby. egg breakfast. Ale and Eva, two of the staff, could not have been more welcoming and helpful.We were always offered cool bottled water or other beverages. The open air courtyard and lobby were shaded with a beautiful breeze. The staff ordered taxis for us (we were there for a wedding) and they were prompt and inexpensive. All in all, a perfect central location for our wedding festivities.

From the moment we arrived, staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Definitely felt like they went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and we certainly did. This is a beautiful hotel. Staff are wonderful and so helpful. They offer you water bottles and carrying your bags to your room. I got a free artisanal handmade soap! The free continental breakfast was perfect for me! Room was clean, beds comfortable, and air conditioning was awesome! I would stay here again!
