There is no transportation that is provided by hotel as stated, the front desk will request a taxi on your behave. Beware it is not free transportation!

The were repaving the street out front which made for a lot of noise and unpleasant smells in the pool area. Dining options were expensive for the quality. Not great selection. The staff was absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful, smart. In fact I got into a slight altercation with a driver who tried to cut me off turning into the hotel, there was a minimal damage collision which was very annoying. I pulled into the parking area and the valet approached verified no damage before I could get shaken down, and sent the driver on his way. Nice.
