We were in Room 5. Staff were excellent, particularly Sylvia. However, the room was small, the bathroom/sink even tighter. The bed also rolled around which was disconcerting and uncomfortable for reading in bed. The hot water for showers had to be ordered in advance. Our first experience for that. There is charm to the courtyard and 2nd floor terrace, but I would say not great value for money.

This place is such a gem, is only blocks away from the historic downtown, restaurants, and bars. We didn't try the breakfast however we did have coffee in the rooftop, which is absolutely adorable. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and mostly quiet.

Staff all so friendly and helpful, extremely welcoming. Beautiful building and terrace. Excellent breakfast, nicely cooked. Location fantastic, even if it seems a little out of the centre from the map - it’s perfect.

I didn’t have the chance to eat their breakfast. The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room doors have grille so if you want a lot of privacy that might be an issue. It’s not see through but you can hear through it. Also my room had an open grill above the shower where mosquitos got in so I had to be sure to leave the door closed. The location was great for me. A few blocks away and slightly uphill from centro. I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was so kind and friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. The terrace was gorgeous. A great place to have coffee in the morning and do a little reading. Location was also perfect. Everything I wanted to do was a quick 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.
