Loved the charm of this hotel! The staff was always friendly and willing to answer any/all questions. A yummy breakfast was available for a minimal cost (fruit, yogurt, eggs, beans, toast, coffee, tea). Walkability is fantastic! Plenty of restaurants, cafes, mezcalerias within walking distance. Closer to plaza de la danza and about 10 min. walk to the zocalo.

Muy bonita experiencia hotel cerca del centro histórico 10 min caminando! Muy limpias las habitaciones! Solo que no tiene aire acondicionado, me toco buen clima y no fue necesario pero en verano no se como es el calor en Oaxaca eso sería lo único . El desayuno muy sencillo pero tienes miles de opciones cerca del hotel lleno de restaurantes y puestos de comida. En general excelente estancia!

El hotel sin mayores problemas, Pésima experiencia con ustedes. No hubo la reservación ofrecida para el vuelo ya que nunca avisaron que no se había hecho el cargo a la T de C y ya en el aeropuerto tuve que pagar más del doble de lo que iba a costar. PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA. Si vergüenza tuvieran deberían reintegrarme lo que pague de más. ¡NADA CONFIABLES!

Great value room in a lovely hotel

Really lovely hotel with lovely roof terrace and quiet area at night yet close walking distance to the centre. The room had a decent en-suite & large comfy bed & fan. Slightly outdated room but really Great value.

Home away from home

Staying at the Aitana Hotel was awesome. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel atmosphere is very comfortable. My friends and I felt very safe the entire time. In the mornings, we gathered in the open courtyard for breakfast and in the evenings, we enjoyed the beautiful rooftop garden. It’s not a fancy hotel, but it’s a typical colonial hotel with all the amenities that we could possibly need. We felt at home the entire time. Thanks to Reynaldo and his staff.

Victor Manuel was very kind, helped us with lots of info, always ready to answer our questions, great attitude, the lady in the kitchen went out of her way to prepare a delicious breakfast for us, 8-10 minutes walking distance to main andador and zocalo, very clean and excellent price/value, Victor recommended a restaurant called las quince letras everything was delicious, also Casa Oaxaca and Los Danzantes. we have a blast, we can't wait to go back, Thank you Aitana.
