We were at this hotel for one night. The room was ok but very dark and no windows. Bed was hard. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Location is good close to Zocalo and lots of restaurants.
The hotel was aesthetically appealing but lacked customer service and also didn’t have hot water 2 out of the 3 days we stayed. We didn’t get new towels daily , we had to walk to lobby and ask for them. Besides that , the location was great
The room and the hotel are beautiful. However I have a couple of warnings. First - do not pay for a continental breakfast at this hotel. The continental breakfast includes toast made from the Mexican equivalent of Wonderbread. Why they do not even serve a "concha" is almost unbelievable. There are "a la carte" breakfast options at the hotel, but you can easily get a nice breakfast a short walk from the hotel. Second, this is hotel is not suitable for anyone who cannot climb and descend a staircase. The building was built in the 19th century and does not have an elevator to the floor where the rooms are located.

Location x 3. Clean hotel and helpful staff. My room had a couple of weird design features, like stepping up into the toilet and shower area.
Great place to stay with short walks to the mercado, restaurants, plaza. In the evenings, there is a large number of food vendors just outside the hotel that you can try. Would stay here again!
It was a very nice stay, we had a large group and everyone enjoyed the hotel and how close it was to everything we needed. They also hooked us up with an excellent tour guide who we traveled with the entire time.
The location of the hotel is perfect. You really have everything within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had an issue with the shower head leaking but once we told staff they came quickly to fix it. The had a very large dining area as the hotel also serves as a restaurant/bar. I do wish they had a waiting area for guests to sit instead they only had a long bench at check-in. Other than that we had no complaints.
