Completely adequate but on the nice side. If you want a basic, clean, hotel this is it. No fancy amenities, no frills room but it’s comfortable. Not really a place you’d want to hang around but good for a place to sleep And be close to what the city has to offer

Positives: Location was great. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were cleaned very well. Courtyard area was very nice. Food at the restaurant was good. Negatives: Our room was quite dark and didn’t have much natural light. Wifi in our room wasn’t very good and would drop out often and was generally very slow during our 4 day stay. Our room (#101) was close to the restaurant so it was quite noisy. This was an issue in the morning as staff are setting up early for breakfast so it wakes you up. Overall our stay was OK, but I would avoid room #101. We tried to swap rooms but there was none available when we asked.

We were very pleased with how exceptionally clean our room was. The hotel is very secure and quiet at night. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The only downfall was the valet parking has a 15-20 minute wait but you can call ahead before your arrival.

The room I paid for wasn't available due to air-conditioning issues so they gave me a smaller room next to the dinning area. Loud noises really early in the mornings and late at night. I cut my toe late at night due to a shoe issue, went to the front desk to ask for bandage and they had none. A young girl, Karen, I believe was in training, was kind enough to go to her purse and let use tape to cover my wound. Thank you so much Karen!

Great place in Oaxaca and close to everything!

Everything went great. Compared to other areas in the city, this hotel was very quiet as the rooms are all towards the back of the property with the restaurant taking up the front. Everything was very clean and new looking. The room was very aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely stay again.
