Beautiful House Matus Oaxaca

Casa Matus is in a family neighborhood. Its location is perfect for exploring the city. Just 20 minutes walk from the historic center; 15 minutes from the Airport; one hour from Hierve el Agua; 30 minutes from the Tule Tree; 35 minutes from Monte Albán; 35 minutes from San Martin Tilcajete -Alebrijes-, etc... It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one single. and the other with a double bed. The terrace is the perfect place for you to taste a mezcal after exploring magical Oaxaca.

We suggest that if you travel with children, you keep an eye on them in the stairs and railing area.

The house is on 3 levels. In the first you have a half bathroom, living room with television and equipped kitchen and garage. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The house is perfect for a maximum of 5 guests (2 double beds and one single). On the second floor there is a terrace and a small full bathroom.

Nice property with shortcomings.

Thirty minute walk to Centro across a busy and noisy highway next the property. Restaurants and other attractions were not convenient to the property. The property itself was very nice, but be aware this place is not for one with mobility issues.
