Overall the home itself was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Well stocked and good size for the 2 of us. Comfortable beds as well. Had to ask for the remote to be able to park our rental car in front of the garage space, inside the gate. Felt better that we had it there instead of on the street. Just letting you know, it's not in the greatest of neighborhoods though. Somewhat dark and quite dirty. Didn't feel very safe when walking at night from the BART, but we walked very fast and made it ok. Just be aware if you need to walk anywhere. Not walking distance of any shops, etc. Don't see how it's an "up and coming neighborhood." There were no restaurants, coffee shops or shopping anywhere close. I feel that was totally false in the description. There were only a couple little mini-grocery shops. No restaurants or coffee shops at all. Just not a great area, walked by lots of garbage on the sides of the streets. Also, got woke up early in the morning by a neighbor's barking dog, several times. That was very frustrating.Price was fine, but again, just know the neighborhood is a bit suspect. We had our first choice in Daly City get canceled last minute, so we had to go with this place.
