Great location, easy access to freeways and shopping. The dedicated parking was appreciated because the street parking was limited. Only suggestion for the residence would be to include more comforts such as bathroom mats (slippery floor) and some area rugs in the bedrooms Also hand towels and extra blankets would have been welcome. The toilet paper holder was broken but just a minor inconvenience. A coffee brew pot would make mornings better as well instead of having to go out to get coffee. Didn’t find kitchen towels and a simple salad bowl or serving dish for our pasta dinner. Simple fixes, and condiments like salt and pepper, for convenience and additional creature comforts would add a star. Overall good accommodations and location.

As an owner of a reputable cleaning, i will say this house is very dirty, trash cans still full with trash that previous guest left, dirty coffee maker stil with used k cup inside, inside refrigerator dirty, towels still in the dryer, hairs inside of shower and bathtub, furniture very dusty, one leg of master bedroom couch broken, only one old fry pan, no cooking oil, salt; sugar, no cutting board, and communication with host its the worst took 12 hours him to answer.
