It’s really hard to provide feedback when we were only on property for one night. So, I’m going to base my experience off of what was visible to me. - The building was under construction so, there were challenges getting to the room. One being our room was at the back of the hotel and even if we were able to park closer to the room entrance, the elevator closest to our room was out of order. - My daughter and son-in-law went for a swim and when they got back to the room, the key card worked but the door was stuck, we had to pull the door open from inside the room. I’m not sure what happened there. I have to say, they tried to enter into the room multiple times and because my husband and I were already sleeping, they had to bang on our door to get our attention. - The a/c vent needed to be cleaned. The air was only coming from the right side of the vent. If we had a longer stay, I would have requested for the a/c to be cleaned or would have asked for another room. The location of the hotel was great. It had a lot of stores and places to eat and their continental breakfast had a lot to offer on the menu along with a variety of juices.

The day of check in the front entrance was blocked off for construction. There was no cart to take my stuff upstairs to the 3rd floor. The tub wasnt draing from showering. So i was standing in my dirty shower water. Reported it twice and nothing .
