Great staff. Fine room. But maintenance issues were needed. Bath tub had parts not installed. Walls needed patching. Bed was adequate. Shower noise from next door neighbors was evident. The room was extremely dirty, not at all what I expected. Ripped furniture, soiled and stained linen. Dirty bathtub. I had to go buy new sheets, comforter, pillow cases and towels. No one at tge front desk would answer the phone, I asked for a refund 3 times, finally asked twice to speak to the manager and even left a message to have manager give me a call back and never got a call from him. Overall everything was horrible. I will never stay there nor recommend it to anyone else. I give it a -10
