My husband and I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. Being very unfamiliar with the Oakland airport area we did not venture out. We enjoyed relaxing with a couple cocktails. We stayed in and had dinner and breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. Parking was close and safe. The room temperature was very comfortable

I was genuinely shocked at the physical state of the hotel. The lack of cleanliness and the stench smell of some floors in the main tower was due a refund just for that. I stayed one night and was so pleased to leave. This is a place one should consider staying when in desperate need to shelter and a bed. Other than that avoid the displeasure.

The rooms were clean. The outside not so much, but you get what you pay for. I knew we were coming into Oakland super late and didn’t want to spend much for a few hours until we picked up our car so it was a place to wash up and lay your head for a few hours. Staff and hot shower was the best part of the stay.

Liked that the property was close to the airport, this was my reason for choosing this hotel. Hotel room old and needed some upgrading, but was comfortable. Remainder of the property is showing its age and much of the flooring needed replacement.

VERY dirty flies as soon as you walk in. Outside looks like a crime scene. Not maintained at all. Staff was at least helpful had to move rooms due to room being extremely hot. Elevator worked and mini fridge/ microwave in room worked.

Elevator from hell, room and bed were clean enough. Hallways and carpet in elevator looked like a murder scene though. Air conditioning was hardly doing its job. You get what you pay for. It was fine for one night!
