This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed at and would want nothing else but to stay here all the time I love the breakfast I love seeing my name on the TV when I walk in my room the staff is nice kind and very beautiful and bright knowledgeable about the amenities that they have wonderful place

I’m not the type of leaving a review but I have to point out how great our stay was. We are a big family of 6 and the room was super spacious and accommodated us very well. I was impressed to see they had a full blown kitchen . Dishes, full fridge and even a dishwasher. Beds were comfy and pillows were such good quality. Unlike anywhere else I’ve been. Super safe for a family stay. Will book again when I’m in the area!

The Staff was pleasant. The amenities were good. Breakfast was okay. We reserved 2 rooms for 3 days/2 nights for our visit in Hayward. One room had a lovely scent in the room and was very clean. The other room smelled horrible. The shower hair had hair on the walls. I told the front desk. She said she would have someone come spray the room and check out the shower. No ever came to our room.

My experience was excellent from the time I walked in I noticed right away that coffee was available then at the counter a nice girl greeted me with a smile and checked me in quickly and responded to my question about the availability of coffee and said yes sir available 24 hours. The hotel looks brand new, plenty of parking around of course that means that we have to walk a little bit more but hey we can’t have it all The Location is good, quiet but there’s anything you may need at just few minutes drive Thank you I’m glad I stayed there.

Check in and out was easy. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast is really good. Facilities is nice and clean. Parking security is visible at all times and there is always available parking. Didn’t get to use the pool yet but my next stay I will hope to.
