The stay was great but I asked for an accessibility room and when we arrived I couldn’t even fit my wheelchair in the door. It was so tiny. There was no shower stool, the bathroom and bedroom were so small I couldn’t put my wheelchair anywhere. So disappointed because I was given such a good experience last time and they just threw me scraps this time.

It was shabby. Housekeeping didn’t deliver towels on 2nd day. Had to call desk to get TV to work although staff came quickly. I have stayed in better lodging for less money. It was convenient to a family event so that’s why I chose it. Not again.

View is nice, calm by water. Sadly we were looking forward to dinning by water, food was good when it finally arrived. The service in Boathouse was shockingly not good, almost walked out.

I was extremely disappointed in the room, was given a room looking out on a dirty storage area. Also the bathroom was less than adequate: no shaving type mirror, difficulty getting full pressure in the shower & no fan/ ventilation at all so the entire bathroom/mirror was left totally fogged up. I was not there long enough to use any of the facilities to comment, the grounds are beautiful though & a good location
