The carpets could definitely be replaced.. but preferably the whole hotel needs to be renovated.. They location was perfect.. loved how the waters n mall are walking distance.. The staff could be a little bit more friendly.. they were very helpful but they had no personality to them.. no smiles etc…

The hotel has potential.. you can tell it is very old.. DEFINITELY NEEDS BE CARPET THRU OUT THE WHOLE PLACE!!! Staff members were very helpful but they looked and acted like they did not want to be there!! No smiles no personality .. just robots doing their jobs.. nothing more or less to accommodate the customers.. The location is perfect!! I absolutely love the location.. renovate the hotel!!

Very basic. Furniture outdated.Great for the price. Walking distance to the beach. Didn't charge extra for parking which I much appreciate. The shopping center has everything you need. My door key malfunctioned 2x but it was an easy fix.

I needed support as my trip got complicated, when I reach out to the staff, the sales team was nice and available, when I mentioned what I needed, everyone mentioned they couldn’t attend. The call sent us to a machine telling us to check the email… nobody called me back after my messages, nobody was available to support. No body cared
