I appreciated the proximity to Lake Melton as well as other attractions. The building is old in an historic way but the amenities inside are good: plenty of water pressure and hot water, a washer, coffee maker, stove, kitchen utensils, etc. The parking was handy and I felt quite safe even coming back after 11pm.

We were in Tennessee for a crew regatta. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Having a kitchen was a must and we were able to prepare everything we needed. The location was also great. Only 8 minutes from the races. The host was easily reachable and answered all our questions quickly.

Two married adults. Excellent for our weeklong stay. Felt secure and close to everything. It’s a small space, no dining table, very small shower. But also very quiet. Good temperature control. Good lighting. Bed was great. We would definitely come back.

The property was clean and comfortable. We were in Oak Ridge for treatments at Methodist Hospital, which was only a few minutes away. Restaurants and shopping were also close by when needed.
